Pinnacle’s staff stays current on all CPT coding changes for our many specialties. There are new rules and reimbursement changes annually so we provide Coding Seminars to keep you and your staff up to date.
Practice Operations
Including Consults, we also provide a seminar on Practice Operations for those times when a refresher is helpful for new office managers and staff.
NextGen Software Training (EPM &EMR)
Pinnacle has on-site NextGen Certified staff who will train you and your staff on NextGen’s EPM & EMR software systems from the beginning of implementation or as you bring on new staff members.
HIPAA Compliance Education (All Phases, including IT)
HIPAA Compliance is a serious issue with financial consequences. All areas/departments of your practice, including staff and IT need to maintain compliance at all times. We will train you and your staff and provide you with all of the necessary tools, forms and manuals to be HIPAA happy.
On-Site Workshops
Our training staff will go to you. This may be a better option for your practice vs. having your staff travel. We provide on-site training for Practice Operations as well as NextGen EPM & EMR.
